So we all know that Christian Bale (a.k.a., Batman) is totally buff, and not to mention, totally hot (and a great actor, too, blah blah blah). But did you know he is an active supporter of one of our causes, the World Wildlife Fund? He's getting tons of media coverage right now, not only due to his super-smash hit The Dark Knight, but also a bit of UN-awesome coverage thanks to an arrest for alleged assault on his mom and sister.... Yikes! That is not cool.
Let's talk positive here, though. It's great to see mega-celebs like Christian Bale getting active in charitable organizations. He also supports Ark Trust, Greenpeace, the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund, the Redwings Sanctuary, and the Happy Child Mission, and a school for street kids in Rio De Janeiro. All great causes.
The actor behind the cape is also a vegetarian, which you may not have guessed from his bulked-up appearance. I guess this is proof that even non-meat eaters can still have huge muscles. (Let's not talk about his starvation diet for the Machinist... NOT healthy)

I couldn't be a vegetarian, but more power to the people who are - nothing against the cause... I just couldn't personally do it, hah.
The movie was wicked awesome, Christian Bale is just straight up gorgeous, and I'm very happy/impressed he supports so many causes.
