Check out this amazing new PSA for charity: water narrated by founder Scott Harrison. charity: water is one of SocialVibe's most popular causes. Their mission is to raise funds to provide clean, safe drinking water to people in developing nations. I am very proud to say that SocialVibe members have successfully raised over $26,000 for charity: water!
Their latest campaign is called september. Last year, Scott, whose birthday is in September, asked all his friends and family to donate $32 to charity: water in honor of his 32nd birthday rather than giving him gifts or a party. He had 92 people join him last year and raised $159,000. This year he is hoping to multiply the number of participants by 100! If 10,000 people born in September join Scott, just imagine how much money that could be. Easily over a million dollars. Check out the PSA below for more information.

My birthday is September 18... I'll be 26, and I've decided to join Scott and the other September babies! If each one of my friends and family donated $26 to charity: water, think about how much would go towards building water wells in Ethiopia. I have enough crap, I don't need gifts, this is a MUCH better idea and a lot more rewarding if you ask me. How many of you are September birthdays? Who's with me???
