Disney teen queen Miley Cyrus is on the brink of turning 16, and by the looks of her celebration last weekend, she is clearly having the time of her life.
To prove it just how fun-loving she is, Miley released a video cover of the classic Cyndi Lauper song, "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun." You can catch this along with many other new songs on her latest album, "Breakout."

It wasn't terrible but... Miley should not have covored a Cyndie Lauper song... it's kinda... wrong... No one can do it better than her so why try?!

I mean, I used to know Miley really well back when she lived in Franklin, Tennessee, she went to my church. She thought we were friends, I never really liked her. I personally have no respect for her as a person or an artist. She doesn't deserve the fame she has. She is a jerk. My friend saw her in the mall and went up and asked for an autograph for his little sister and she said "I'll sign it, but don't think you have a chance with me, I'm famous. You're not." She has always been very braggy of her dad's money and she has never been nice to her fans. I hated the cover. I have no respect for her as an artist, not to mention, I've heard her REALLY sing, she can't. She lip syncs, even at concerts.

it sounds terrible.
she totally disrespected Cindi by covering her truly legendary song. No matter how hard she tries, she'll never be able to prover herself as more than a Disney Channel teenie-bopper.

i just don't care for her voice even though technically speaking, she's fine singer. i think it's that country "twang" that bothers me. that combined with her adolescent voice just bugs me.
