Why wait until Election Day? Yesterday marked the beginning of early voting in 29 states, and according to CNN, over 2.2 million Americans have already voted using absentee ballots. Many are voting early to avoid long lines at the polls, missing ballots, and malfunctioning voting machines.
Among these 2.2 are celebrities such as Kirsten Dunst, Natalie Portman, and even Perez Hilton, who posted a video blog about his experience voting early.

This gearing up to be one of the most important elections in history, and furthermore, it could also be a record-breaking one. Michael McDonald, professor at George Mason University, tells CNN, “this will be the election in which most people have ever voted in an American election in the history of our country.”
Lets just hope that all the voters have studied up on the issues prior to casting their votes.
