It's not quite time for holiday cards yet, but The American Red Cross has already received the first batch of cards for their Holiday Mail for Heroes campaign.
For the second year in a row, the Red Cross is collecting holiday cards to distribute to American service members, veterans and their families around the world. The goal is to collect and distribute one million holiday cards to spread holiday cheer and facilitate thanks to these brave individuals and families. Pitney Bowes is helping make this possible by generously donating technology, resources and postage.

As you can see below, people are getting pretty creative with their cards, but even if you aren't a talented artist, you can still cheer someone up by downloading and printing a free card.
All cards should be mailed to this address:
Holiday Mail for Heroes
PO Box 5456
Capitol Heights, MD 20791-5456
For more information and to check out the guidelines, visit the Holiday Mail for Heroes webpage.
You can further support The American Red Cross by adding them as your Cause on SocialVibe.
