Britney, Britney, Britney! Everywhere you turn lately, the one time Queen of Pop Britney Spears is in your face. In addition to celebrating a birthday yesterday, she also released her sixth studio album Circus, and is in the middle of a promotional tour. One could say she's having a pretty big week.

So, is the new album any good? Critics seem to think so. Rolling Stone Magazine (which Britney recently graced the cover of) gave it 3.5 stars out of 5, which is a pretty high rating, and they praise several of the album's songs. What do the fans think? Circus has been in the top spot on the iTunes album chart since its release, and three of its songs are on the iTunes top ten singles chart. The customer reviews on Amazon give the album an average of 4.5 stars out of 5.
The iTunes homepage declares this week Britney Spears Week - and it's no surprise why. Britney has already performed on Good Morning America and British show X Factor, was featured on MTV's For The Record, performed at multiple European venues, and just yesterday her January 09 Glamour Magazine cover was revealed.

Not to mention that yesterday was Britney's 27th birthday! Here she is celebrating her birthday on Monday night at British nightclub G-A-Y.
In honor of "Britney Week," iTunes and Britney are giving you access to her music library. It's pretty cool to see what the pop star listens to: Madonna, Prince, Janet Jackson, Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, Alicia Keys, Leona Lewis, Tiffany...which are most of the other great pop stars in the world!
Check out Britney's website for tons of other recent photos and videos of her Circus promotion, including amessage about her birthday and CD release coinciding.
So, what do you think of Circus and all this Britney action? Is this finally the comeback so many have been waiting for? Or is this promotional tour less about the album and more about her proving to the world that "She's ok?"
