The last existing major supplier of VHS tapes, Distribution Video Audio of Palm Harbor, Florida, have shipped the last of their salable stock. Their lucrative $20 million per year profit from VHS tape sales has now vanished.
I will always fondly remember those puffy VHS cases for Disney movies and the like. Can we have a moment of silence for the death of VHS?
This is almost as sad as the death of the Polaroid instant camera.
