Apple wouldn't be Apple without the genius of CEO Steve Jobs, so it's more than a relief to know that he will not be stepping down from his role anytime soon. Not so great, however, are the health problems that have been plaguing the pancreatic cancer survivor.

Jobs' appearance has been the concern of many, as he began losing unhealthy amounts of weight due to protein deficiencies, recently citing hormonal imbalances as the cause. He will be beginning "relatively simple" treatment and will remain in charge of Apple.
Macworld, one of the most attended and covered tech events in the world, started yesterday and goes until Thursday. This is the expo where Jobs unveiled such treasures as the iPhone in his keynote speech. We'll be interested to see what great news they release this week, but will be sad Jobs will not be giving his much looked forward to keynote.
Hopefully his treatment will be simple and successful. As much as we love Apple, we would much rather have a happy and healthy Steve Jobs.
By choosing Pancreatic Cancer Action Network as your Cause on SocialVibe, you'll be earning free donations for the charity, which will go towards funding advanced research, supporting patients, and providing hope for those affected by pancreatic cancer.
Get better, Steve!
