Millions worldwide suffer from stress, myself included. Whether the cause is work, school, family, relationships, money, or a number of other possible culprits, there is no denying - we are officially STRESSED out.
According to the Daily Mail, studies show that throwing a hissy fit just might be the cure! Or at the very least, ease your nerves a bit.

'Releasing tension through shouting and screaming is a really beneficial way to expel the negative energies caused by stress,' said body language expert Judi James, the Big Brother psychologist.
'When stress threatens to overwhelm you, try a short sustained burst of shouting, or alternatively, go somewhere quiet, close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to help calm you down.'
Interesting survey results found that most people are irritated by colleagues eating noisily (28%), sniffling (26%), talking too loudly on the phone (21%). Only 5% were bothered by coworkers singing (that number would be a lot higher if I were the one singing, trust me).
So next time you're feeling a little overwhelmed, take a few minutes and let out a good scream. (Perhaps into a pillow, unless you want to freak your neighbors out).
My New Years resolution for 2009 is to stress less, so this advice is very handy. Apologies in advance to my friends and coworkers.
What do you think - does screaming help you feel better when you're stressed?
