i did it at my house, i invited a bunch of friends over and had a earth hour party. they also told their parents about it and had them shut off their lights too. this year im having another party the only difference is that instead of using candles(my fire alarm went off seven times) we're going to use flashlights and lanterns.

ehh i might do it..

I think I did this last year. You know what would be cooler. Making it all at the same time. Not 8:30, but 8:30 eastern, 5:30 pacific etc. That way everyone will stop using power at the same time.

i did this last year as well, i'll be definately doing it this year as well!!

Turning off all that electricity at once, costs a lot of electricity too... that's what I was taught last year, so I won't be joining.
But I really do think it's good that there is raised awareness for this.
