Be careful what you post on your Facebook, kiddies. 16 year old Kimberley Swann was just canned from her job after calling it 'boring' on Facebook. The teen worked as an administrator at Ivell Marketing and Logistics in Clacton, Essex.

Although she claims she never used the company name and was happy in the job, her statements to Sky News suggest otherwise.
- "They were just being nosey, going through everything. I think it is really sad, it makes them look stupid that they are going to be so petty," she said.
Just keep digging yourself deeper, Kimberley!
Her boss Steve Ivell says they were not in fact, snooping. The reason Kimberley was fired was not just posting the condescending comments, but inviting other staff members to read them.
- "Had Miss Swann put up a poster on the staff noticeboard making the same comments and invited other staff to read it there would have been the same result," he explained.
"Her display of disrespect and dissatisfaction undermined the relationship and made (her job) untenable," Mr Ivell said.
What do you think, were they justified in their actions or should they be less sensitive?
