We can hardly keep up with the gay marriage legalizations! It looks like Vermont has just overturned Governor Jim Douglas' veto of a bill allowing gays and lesbians to marry.

Vermont is the fourth state in the country to legalize gay marriage, joining Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Iowa.
Who's next?
Update: Looks like Washington D.C. Council also voted today to recognize same-sex marriages performed in other states. Domestic partnerships are already legal in D.C., but this new ruling allows couples married in other states such as Iowa or Mass. to be recognized as a valid married couple in D.C. Council member Jim Graham (D-Ward 1), who is gay, called the amendment a matter of "basic fairness."
