Only 17 days left until the worldwide Rescue event for Invisible Children takes place on April 25. People in cities across the world are gearing up, getting prepared, and spreading the word. That includes celebs!

Kirsten Dunst, friend and supporter of Invisible Children, just recorded a video inviting talk show host Ellen DeGeneres to come to her local Rescue. Check it out:



A couple other celebs have been making their own Rescue invite videos, including Chris Lowell inviting Kristen Bell and Taye Diggs, and Kristen Bell in turn inviting the cast of Gossip Girl.

You may not have as much pull as a movie star, but you should still make your own video inviting all your friends to join you at your local Rescue.

This is our chance to make a big splash and really make a difference in the lives of thousands of child soldiers in Uganda. Do your part to put a stop to the war that has been terrorizing the region for over 20 years.
