Disney Stars Are Launching Project Green

All of Disney’s biggest stars are teaming up to film a new public service announcement called Project Green, that wants kids to band together to help the environment. Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato, and Selena Gomez all sat down for a shoot together, but there is a total of 29 other Disney superstars(!) featured in the commercial and supporting Project Green!

All the biggest stars from Disney faves Sonny With a Chance, Hannah Montana, and JONAS are all showing support for Project Green. PG wants kids to get involved in four key environmental issues: Climate Change, Water, Waste, and Habitat.

To get involved with the program, you need to make and keep Project Green pledges- stuff like only doing laundry or dishes with full loads, using a reusable plastic water bottle, bringing recyclable shopping bags to the grocery store, and using less lights around the house.

	That's awesome! I saw Miley's commercial. I think it's a great thing!! Disney has a lot of influence over younger kids. It's a great idea to get them started early on helping the environment.
