And now for the most UN-shocking news to ever grace the cover of Rolling Stone magazine... Adam Lambert has finally admitted he is in fact gay!

- "I don't think it should be a surprise for anyone to hear that I'm gay," the American Idol runner-up says. "I'm proud of my sexuality," he continues, "I embrace it. It's just another part of me."
Until now, the American Idol Season 8 runner-up has remained mum about his sexual orientation, and we can finally see why- he was saving the big reveal for Rolling Stone! His sealed lip approach resulted in being repeatedly called out by bloggers and media and facing much criticism by gay fans, but why give something away for free when you can get on a magazine cover and get paid big bucks for it? But he has other reasoning:
- "I was worried that [coming out] would be so sensationalized that it would overshadow what I was there to do, which was sing," Lambert tells the mag. "I'm an entertainer, and who I am and what I do in my personal life is a separate thing. It shouldn't matter. Except it does. It's really confusing."
"I'm trying to be a singer, not a civil rights leader," he told Rolling Stone.
Glad to see he has finally opened up and let his true self be shown... it's the only way to live!
