Dane I'm glad I'm clean now. I have been clean going on 6 yrs., and I was Baptized June 21st. I now have god in my life to help me cope with things better. So please say NO to drugs all it does is kill you & take away from you. Yes it hurts also, but most of all you kill yourself. So before it's to late stop, and say NO to drugs. I promise you want regert it. Look at me I'm proof I did it, and I lost everything do to it. Now I am getting back what I lost, but I have to do it now the hard way. So if you can stop , and say NO now you want have to do it the hard way like I did. So please look around and see what you got before you do this nasty habit? Live drug free !! Pass this on to everyone !! and May God Bless you all like he did me !! Love to all you !!

I was shocked when I heard the news, especially after he survived that plane incident

prescription pill bottles and a crack pipe found near his body...people should really learn to say actuall stuff than the whole drug thing..yes still bad tho..and i agree when will people learn that u can die from drugs and prescription pills..but its sad.
his friends said that him n his girlfriend brokeup last ween n it was devastating for him n the post trematic stress from the plane crash cause him to start using again..

I think there is a bigger "picture" to what we ALL know about this tragic event.

Sadly, DJ AM Suffered Depression His Entire Life, He Was Abused As A Child By His Father, He Turned To Food As A Comfort For Years, He Was Obese Aged 10, And By Age 13 Was Addicted To Drugs....

Aged 24 He Tried To Kill Himself, He Put A .24 Into His Mouth And Pulled The Trigger, The Gun Didn't Fire, He Broke Down Thinking He Was Useless And Couldn't Even Kill Himself.

He Survived The Plane Crash Last Year, Suffered Some Pretty Serious Burns Which He Had Skin Grafts For And Was Placed On Pain Killers (which as you should know can trigger an addict to get hooked again)

He was going fine until recently his Girlfriend broke up with him, this happened days before his death....

Sadly It Was A Combined Problem, That Nobody Saw Coming...

DJ AM clearly hated drugs, he had just finished recording a show with MTV which was designed to find trouble youth who were addicted to drugs and alcohol and help them get back on track with their lives...

All I Can Say Is The World Has Lost An Amazing Person, But He Is Free From All His Demons.
