If you refer to YouTube Community Guidelines they clearly state videos will be pulled under specific circumstances.... this one meets a couple of it's criteria... It's their playground.

Awesome video. Got no clue what's youtube gonna reach with an attitude like this. True mustn't be hidden even though it's unfitting for small children! Yea and honestly youtube is already full of crap-shitty things so this "ban" is meaningless for me.

I watched it last week. It really is shocking, but the message needs to get out there, and this is how it will happen.

Youtube banning this, if anything, will probably get the video more attention, and as it's been said, those who want to watch the video will be able to find it online somewhere.

Youtube says it doesn't allow graphic violence, drug use, or sexually explicit content. Those that are mentioning Lady Gaga's video for Telephone... the worst I remember in that is poisoning (which is violent, but not what I would consider to be graphic), some risque dancing, and some barely there outfits. No drug use or full nudity (and yes, some of those outfits were basically the same thing, but the essential parts that must be covered were.)

So I don't really see how that's a valid argument.

i think youtube will give the ban hammer to anything that would "think" would offend the public without giving it a chance or folks who just dont like M.I.A. wanted her removed

I don't think it's for all people but I also feel that this should be seen. Sometimes it's OK to be offended
