VH1 and the USO have partnered to bring some holiday cheer to the men and women who risk everything to serve their country.
Join Katy Perry, Nicki Minaj, Keri Hilson, Paramore, and the rest of the Divas by uploading your photo to the WWII-inspired mosaic here, using Facebook Connect. For each photo shared, VH1 will donate $1 to the USO’s Operation Enduring Care (up to $10,000)!
Once your pic is up, mark your calendar for December 5th, when this year’s Divas perform live from military bases far and near. It airs at 9/8c on VH1 and will be broadcast around the world via the Armed Forces Network.
Among other things, Operation Enduring Care provides tragedy assistance programs to children and families of those who’ve fallen, makes sure wounded soldiers have comfortable, clean clothes and hygiene products, and provides games and DVDs to soldiers in trauma hospitals to help take their minds off of their injuries.
The USO has been there for our troops for nearly 70 years and will continue to be there “until every one comes home.” It’s a great cause and you have two simple and fun ways to help out - upload your pic right now, and watch the show this Saturday!
